Your technician, Lei, was excellent. I found him very thorough and professional. I was most impressed with his work and his approach, both to me and to the job. He took the time to talk through what he would be doing and then, once finished, discussed what he had done and showed me the result.

I am extremely happy with the results and the carpet looks amazing (especially taking into account that it is approximately 35 years old!) I would have no hesitation in using your company again and recommending you to other people.

How very nice to have people arrive on time. I only met the staff the first time and they were very nice. The second time I had someone else let them in, but I was really pleased to receive a call 15 minutes before they were arriving – it really helped me with co-ordinating everything and everyone.
