The operator was on time and told me what he was going to do.  The carpet looks great and the pile has stayed up.  I was impressed at how quickly the carpet dried.

I was also very impressed with the lady I spoke to when I asked for a quotation. I had already phoned two other companies. One company was very off hand and the other sounded like he was doing us a favour but with 0800tulips the lady was very professional and very orgainised.
